What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. This window allows our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests.

How do I access the cottage and when will I receive my door code?

All of our cottages feature keyless electronic keypad entry. You will receive your unique keypad access code and full arrival instructions via email prior to your scheduled check-in time.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to check-in receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, a $200 security deposit is required for every reservation. This hold is released following your stay, provided there is no damage or house rule violations.

What is the minimum night stay?

We have a 2-night minimum stay during our peak summer season. During the off-season, reservations can be booked with a 1-night minimum stay.

What is your pet and smoking policy?

To protect our guests and maintain clean, allergen-free spaces, all properties have a strict no pets and no smoking policy inside and on the cottage premises.

How many vehicles can we park on-site?

Each cottage includes dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles. Please reach out in advance if you have questions regarding additional parking options in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

How many guests can stay in each cottage?

Maximum occupancy limits vary depending on the cottage you select (such as Ethan's Lake House, Dylan's Light House, Kenzie's Sandcastle, or Tucker's Beach Glass Cottage). Please review individual cottage listings to confirm guest capacities before reserving.
